“Paris Hilton has given selflessly of her talent and her time to so many good causes, ranging from animal rescue to pediatric cancer,” said Dr. Robin Ganzert, president and CEO of American Humane Association.

The luncheon, at the Mar-a-Lago Club, also featured a performance by Clint Holmes with musical director Jeffrey Neiman. Proceeds went to the Lois Pope Red Star Rescue team and other initiatives.

The program was part of the “Be Humane” series sponsored by Pope and the American Humane Association, which features speakers on children and animals.

More than 340 supporters attended the luncheon. Afterward, guests and visitors viewed the 50-foot-long Lois Pope Red Star Rescue Vehicle, which was parked outside on the lawn of Mar-a-Lago.
